Job Description:
A company is looking for a Communications Assistant to support
outreach and media coverage efforts for various campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, research, and
travel booking
Organize celebrity/influencer projects and maintain records of
correspondence and events
Conduct research for outreach opportunities and draft letters to
celebrities and media
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced office
setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Interest in and knowledge of celebrity culture
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Commitment to the objectives of the organization and a vegan
lifestyle
