Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist - Contracts (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead compliance tracking and reporting for contracts and vendor agreements
Provide para-legal support, including contract drafting and negotiation
Act as a subject matter expert in proposal preparation and analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced degree or professional designation preferred
Para-legal certification with legal experience preferred
5+ years of state and/or Federal proposal coordination experience
Strong understanding of RFPs for commercial and government contracts
