Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze loan application documents for completeness and
creditworthiness
Prepare detailed credit memorandums including financial analysis
and collateral analysis
Conduct underwriting calls with borrowers and coordinate 3rd party
reports into the credit analysis
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five years' experience in credit analysis and
underwriting of commercial loans
Completion of a formal bank Credit Training Program or RMA Credit
Courses
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or
Economics
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Experience with SBA 7A and/or 504 Credit & Underwriting
preferred
