Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist (SaaS
Solution).
Key Responsibilities
Process due invoices using the payment solution and analyze
accounts payable data
Conduct supplier/vendor research to optimize payment methods and
delivery timeliness
Meet with customers regularly to discuss reports and suggest
process improvements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
accounting preferred
3+ years of related experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with accounting software such as Sage Intaact or
similar
