A company is looking for a Market Outreach Specialist
responsible for promoting energy-efficient technologies and
enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and
Trade Allies to promote energy efficiency programs
Develop outreach tactics and conduct market research to identify
key allies and improve customer service
Coordinate events, prepare activity reports, and ensure continuous
improvement towards program goals
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in market development and customer engagement
Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and customers
Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and program
offerings
