(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk using a library of
responses
Escalate customer issues to Team Leads as needed
Represent company values of positive, proactive, and transparent
communication
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a customer-facing support or communications
role
Schedule expectations: Full-time, 40 hours weekly for 1 month
duration
Must have personal laptop and high-speed internet access
A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude
