Description:As our Special Services Field Supervisor, you will work with the SS Manager to assist him with field supervision of our technicians as well as administrative and organizational tasks. On occasion, you may also be needed to travel within a multi-county area to assist with specialty cleaning, facility maintenance and repair services for our commercial clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train field technicians in the art of specialty floor care, detail cleaning services, pressure washing, window cleaning, water extraction and moisture remediation.
• Perform administrative scheduling, estimating and invoicing functions for the SS division.
• Survey trouble calls and use your problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude to find solutions and remedy issues.
• Provide accurate labor and material estimates for larger jobs.
• Help manage the tracking of keys, access badges, tools and other assets that the technicians are utilizing.
• Routinely work daytime, or evening hours as needed.
  Requirements:
  
  • Responsible, punctual and exercise good judgment.
  • Must have commercial experience in stripping, waxing and buffing floors, pressure washing and water extraction.
  • Have solid experience in facility maintenance with most of the activities defined in the job description
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must be well-spoken and effectively communicate with clients and staff.
  • Are familiar with smart phones/tablets/computers and are comfortable with their use.
  • Have a neat, professional appearance.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Will pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs.Job description includes all the above but is not limited to just the above. Employee must be available to do what is considered necessary to satisfy all requests and will be assigned additional tasks as his/her work schedule permits.
